Room rates per night are in US dollars, Tax included.
The rates published below are the same ones found at our front desk. During the winter season, we are unable to offer any rate discounts. We pay commissions to travel agencies with accepted reservations and an invoice.
Night of Thursday, Friday and Saturday of Easter Week applies High Season.
American breakfast plan: Breakfast included per paid adult.
Children up to 12 years do not pay room(only 2 children per room accompanied by their parents).
All ocean front rooms are master suites.
The following policies apply for cancellations: * For high season reservations (Easter week and New Year) we do not accept cancellations and we do not refund pre-payments made. * For middle season reservations (summer vacation period, holidays, festival days/weekends and Christmas) we accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date are charged a “no show” penalty of one night per each room reserved. * For the low season (periods not described previously as special or high seasons) we accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made later than 24 hours prior to the arrival date are charged a “no show” penalty of one night per each room reserved.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (sent through regular mail or email) and, if approved, will be paid in 15 days to the bank account or credit card of the person who made the reservation. Refunds will include an administrative charge of 10%.
