About the Hotel

Casa Sun and Moon is a hotel located in the hotel zone of the bay of Zihuatanejo, on La Madera Beach and only a 10-minute walk from downtown. This colonial Mexican-style property is surrounded by excellent restaurants, and there is a taxi stop in front of the hotel, which is also near public transportation stops.

The hotel was renovated in 2009, and offers 15 guest rooms, 24-hour front desk service, safe deposit boxes at the front desk, a TV room, a coffee shop, and a restaurant. Conference facilities, WiFi, and parking are also available. The property has confortable guest rooms decorated in colonial style and three different floors. The first one is located next to the garden, and it is named Eclipse, and is recommended for families with children. The second floor, Sol, has special facilities where you can enjoy the sun and also celebrate special events. The superior floor, named Luna, is the most private, peaceful, and enjoys spectacular views of the ocean. All accommodations are equipped with TV, internet access, a small kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator, dimmable air conditioning, and a terrace, as well as bathroom with shower and bedrooms with double beds.

The property is peaceful, surrounded by spectacular vegetation, and features an outdoor pool, three floors with large terraces, comfortable sun loungers with shades, and pleasant family ambiance. The kids can enjoy their own bathing area. Water sports lovers, can practice scuba diving, surfing, and catamaran. In addition, shades are available on the beach. The hotel serves daily breakfast, while lunch is available on the menu.
